Island Boat Adventures Terms and Conditions
All trips are subject to availability. Weather forecasts can change by the hour. There is always a possibility of cancellations. Please make sure to give proper contact information for the day of the trip, in case of a cancellation.
Island Boat Adventures has the right to cancel any trip with seven days notice. At this point the option to re-book or a refund will be issued.
If you choose not to purchase booking insurance than you will be subject to Island Boat Adventures refund and cancellation policy. If you cancel the booking more than 72 hours prior to trip we charge 5%of the fee + HST (15%). If cancelled 72-24 hours prior to the experience date we will charge 25% of fee + HST (15%). If you cancel the same day of the experience or fail to show up for the booking, no refund will be issued. There is always a possibility of a reschedule if you are unable to make your booking.
We require payment up front to hold your spot for any experience. Our bookings are conducted through a third party site called EzTix and therefore all purchases are subject to an additional booking fee. During checkout, EzTix will offer the option to purchase booking insurance for an additional cost. This allows the peace of mind to cancel a booking right up to the start of the experience and you will receive a full refund of your ticket fee.
