What if the weather is terrible and an adventure is cancelled?

We will be in contact with you via email or phone; you can re-book your trip of reimburse you, if you have given us a deposit.

Do we have to pay a deposit?

A reservation and deposit are required to guarantee your trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

What forms of payment can we use?

Online: Credit or Paypal
Mail: Cheque or Money Order
In Person: Cash, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay

How long is a cruise?

Each cruise takes 2 - 3 hours.

Where do we park?

Lots of free parking at the Yacht Club or nearby parking areas.

What do we bring?

Jacket, camera, binoculars. We provide all safety gear and lifejackets.

Can we help drive the boat?

Yes! Weather permitting, anyone can have a turn

How much does each adventure cost?

Please check the Adventures page; each tour is detailed and priced.

Are there washrooms on board?

Yes, and a hand washing station.

Are walk-ons allowed?

Yes, as long as room is available.

Is smoking allowed on the boat?

No

Am I guaranteed to see seals or lobster on my adventure?

There are no guarantees with wild animals but we will do our best.

Is the Fundy Cruiser wheelchair accessible?

No, however with notice we may be able to accommodate.

Can you buy food or drinks on board the Fundy Cruiser?

Yes, snacks, drinks and licensed beverages are available for purchase.

Are pets allowed on board?

Yes …REALLY!!!

How soon do we have to be there before our adventure?

30 mins is plenty of time to prepare.
